Returns and Cancellations


No fault returns within 7 days – You can cancel your purchase at anytime either before or up to 7 days after delivery of your product by: returning the product to us in person or by post (you must include your receipt with the item); e-mailing us via the contact page notifying us by phone on 01924 381300 - please have your delivery details to hand; writing to Division 24 Skate Store, The Old Vicarage, 24 Zetland Street, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF1 1QT.
Your product must be complete, unused and in as new condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done it without marking the product in anyway). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. DVDs must be sealed if sealed when received. Any Free Gifts received with the product must also be returned.
We make no charge if you return the product to our store in person. If you choose another method please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. Please package the relevant items securely and send it so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. We will not cancel your purchase when: you return your product without proof of purchase. The goods were a special order to your specification.

Return of faulty goods - the following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. Most goods (except consumables like decks / hardware) are guaranteed by the manufacturers  against faulty materials or workmanship for three months. Some products are guaranteed for longer. While it is at the manufacturers discretion, we will act as their agents to seek a repair or replacement. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 14 days of delivery. Please phone us on 01924 381300 or return the product to our store. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be:- in otherwise as new condition; complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it (and if possible, the original box and packaging). Accompanied by proof of purchase. The guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear, nor consumable items (eg decks , trucks etc) unless there is clear evidence of manufacturing fault. If a DVD is faulty under guarantee we will happily exchange it for the same title or refund your money.


Delivery for on-line purchases is restricted to the United Kingdom. Delivery must be to the address at which your credit card or debit card is registered. All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. Delivery times and more details about delivery can be found in our Services section. Miscellaneous Sales on this web-site are governed by English law and you must agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and only cover the Division 24 web-site. Any other web-sites to which you link from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content of web-sites that are not under our control. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English and that we do not file copies of customer contracts.
